Who Are We???
We are the majority of open-minded residents in the community who have no problem with the local medical marijuana collectives that are in our neighborhood. In fact we welcome them in, give them some friendly hospitality and thank them for choosing our little city for their business commerce.
Unfortunately a few local prohibitionists saw an opportunity to persecute these harmless business people and started a fuss at the local neighborhood council. The public safety director at the time, an avowed Prohibitionist who still believes that the Prohibition on alcohol was a good thing, took the prohibition crusaders under wing and motioned through a vote at the council to ban all the Collectives in the entire City of Los Angeles. This left about 50 Collectives to attempt to provide safe access to medical marijuana for over 10,000 now displaced patients.
